Arguably, the best one bedroom I have seen in this complex. Just gorgeous, no other words to describe this totally gutted and renovated one bedroom apartment in Sunshine Beach. The kitchen is bespoke in design with stainless steel appliances and stone bench tops, dishwasher draw, modern oven and stove top. The bedroom has a huge mirrored large floor to ceiling wardrobe. The plantation shutters set the mood with a sliding door to separate the bedroom to the living area, which opens up the whole place, plus shutters on the bedroom windows facing east and block out curtains facing the lovely upstairs verandah. The bathroom has new sound proof windows and as an extra bonus a washing machine.
This apartment is completely different to the rest that have not been renovated to this standard. Even the ceilings were scraped and repainted, new lights, fans and of course there is a new air conditioner. Comfortable enough for one or two persons. centrally located, between the beach and Noosa Heads shopping precinct, this apartment is a must see.
