Situated in a slip road off Edwards St, there is parking onsite for 2 cars with one outside in the street. Contrary to what you may think, the home is off the road and very quiet.
Accessed across a north east facing deck, we enter into the main floor with a functional and well equipped kitchen, dining and lounge area, and then either up or down to the bedroom and rumpus areas.
Upstairs, we have two bedrooms and one bathroom. Downstairs, we have two double bedrooms and a 5th bedroom or study, bathroom and laundry. A large rumpus room suitable for computer work-stations - great place to banish the teenagers to play their computer games!
With 2 outdoor areas - one a covered shady area, the other a deck. Back to the deck on the entry level - ample space for entertaining, a BBQ and generous table. No pool - as the beach is a short walk up Hill Street to the shops, cafes, restaurants and surf club. Pets are allowable, subject to a specific approval according to breed and size. .
